Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, HR or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitment agency with proven track record.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions from client briefing, interview & screening to offer, verification and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database via ATS and identify potential candidates.
• Map suitable candidates based on client function and role.
• Conduct initial screening, assessments and in-depth interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
