Job summary

Hotel ICON in Hong Kong is seeking a Receptionist in the Food & Beverage Department. You will greet guests, manage reservations inquiries by email, fax and phone, and provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.

This full-time, long-term role requires a friendly host who can coordinate guest communications and support restaurant operations in a fast-paced hotel setting. Education requirements are Hong Kong Diploma level (五至七 or DSE). Location is in Tsim Sha Tsui East.
