Hong Kong PropTech Association Limited in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, seeks an Investment Analyst to participate in all aspects of investment transactions, including sourcing, modeling, due diligence, and negotiations. You will formulate investment cases for the committee and increasingly lead analyses of opportunities and sectors.

The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance and supporting quarterly reviews with management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in real estate or a related field.
1–3 years' experience in real estate, venture capital, or as an entrepreneur.
Familiarity with startups and entrepreneurial journey.
Ability to drive a process forward and prioritize multi-tasking.
Ability to interpret data and draw relevant conclusions.
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical ability to build investment theses.
Capable of working in teams or autonomously with limited direction.

Responsabilités

Participate in all aspects of investment transactions: sourcing, analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
Formulate and present investment cases to the investment committee; lead analysis of opportunities and sectors over time.
Monitor financial and operational conditions of portfolio companies and assist with quarterly management reviews.
