You will help translate research insights into structured training, organize analyst events, and partner with portfolio managers to tailor actionable development programs. The role requires solid financial training, 3+ years in public markets, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with solid financial training.
• 3+ years in buy-side or sell-side public markets, including equity research, sales or trading.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for investment discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of public equities, company analysis, financial statements, valuation, and investment workflows.
• Ability to translate investment feedback into practical development content and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills for analysis and reporting.
• Strong project management with ability to coordinate programs and deadlines.
• Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive investment discussions and employee development.
• Collaborative communication style engaging investment professionals and control partners.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen development by translating research best practices into practical training and coaching.
• Lead events and activities that promote analyst interactions and engagement.
• Interact with portfolio managers and analysts to tailor support for Hong Kong teams.
• Turn ideas and methods from coaches into practical content for investment professionals.
• Coordinate analyst review sessions, coaching discussions, and learning forums.
• Develop performance insights from internal data to surface trends and interventions.
• Support senior leaders on projects around talent development and process improvement.
• Maintain program execution with milestones, materials, and smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and other control partners to align with policies.
