Point72 is seeking an Associate in Investment Professional Development in Hong Kong to support growth and development of investment analysts. You will translate research best practices into practical training, coordinate events, and work with portfolio managers to tailor content for Hong Kong teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Fundamental Equities, data-driven insights, and adherence to high ethical standards in a fast-paced investment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with solid financial training.
• 3+ years of experience in a buy-side or sell-side public markets role; equity research, sales, or trading experience preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for investment discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of public equities, company analysis, financial statements, valuation, and investment research workflows.
• Ability to translate investment feedback into practical development materials.
• Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills for analysis and reporting.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate recurring programs and deadlines.
• Excellent judgment and discretion handling sensitive topics.
• Collaborative communication style across levels.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen investment professional development by translating research best practices into practical training, coaching, and feedback programs
• Lead activities and events to promote analyst interactions and engagement, surfacing issues and building relationships
• Interact with portfolio managers and analysts to understand development needs and deliver targeted support for Hong Kong teams
• Partner with coaches across Fundamental Equities to convert ideas into practical content for investment professionals
• Coordinate recurring analyst review sessions, coaching discussions, and learning forums to improve research quality and impact
• Develop performance insights using internal data to surface trends and recommend interventions
• Support senior leaders on strategic projects focused on talent development and process improvement
• Maintain disciplined program execution by tracking milestones and preparing materials
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and control partners to align programs with policies
