Job summary

ST Engineering Urban Solutions in Hong Kong is seeking an IT systems professional to support project delivery across timeline, cost and scope. You will collaborate with project managers and engineers, manage project documentation, and oversee system and network setup.

Responsibilities include setup of databases, Windows server infrastructure, network devices, data migration and security, plus documentation and compliance with tender requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of system-related experience.
• Proficient in databases, networking, Windows OS and servers.
• Experience with data migration, data integration and data monitoring.
• Ability to draft professional documentation.
• Experience with tender requirements analysis and bidding support.
• Familiar with system deployment procedures including UAT/FAT/SAT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to fulfil contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters.
• Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues.
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
• Basic setup of Network switches and IP configuration of network devices.
• Installation, Debug and troubleshooting IT-related issues.
