Job summary

Locolla Limited in Hong Kong invites an experienced software architect/developer to design and implement end-to-end systems spanning mobile apps (iOS & Android), backend services, APIs, and data layers.

You will own system architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalable data flows while leveraging Python for R&D and AI-assisted coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, engineering, or data science; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in designing end-to-end systems across mobile apps and backend services.
• Proficiency with Python for R&D, data processing, and prototyping.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for correctness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end architectures across iOS/Android apps, backend, APIs, and data layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services and integrations supporting mobility platforms.
• Analyze performance, latency, reliability, and real-world usage constraints.
• Leverage AI coding agents with rigorous verification and edge-case review.
• Continuously improve system design, code quality, and development workflows.
