Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in C# and Python and their libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of React is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MSSQL and PostgreSQL; MySQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Angular and Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Scrum/Agile, DevOps/CI/CD).
• Experience with AI development tools such as transformers, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI is advantageous.
• Proven track record as a technical team leader.
• Strong SQL data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams with Team Leaders and developers to build, support, and deploy applications.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide system design and performance insights.
• Define and establish logging, monitoring standards and processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote industry best practices.
• Perform prompt engineering to craft and fine-tune GPT model prompts.
• Write clean, modular code in C# and Python.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
