• Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms, classification, and procedural compliance monitoring.
• Implement computer vision models (CNNs, transformer-based architectures) and sequential modeling techniques (RNN, LSTM, transformer) for multi-step activity recognition.
• Collaborate with medical experts to integrate annotated datasets and ensure clinical accuracy.
• Conduct real-time inference optimization to achieve low-latency performance in medical settings.
• Develop explainable AI features and dashboards to enhance transparency and usability.
• Support pilot studies in partner organizations, integrating solutions with IT infrastructure and refining based on clinician feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• Experience with computer vision frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
