Job summary

Headshot Recruitment Limited is helping a market leading main contractor in Hong Kong to recruit Quantity Surveyors from junior to senior level for new building/civil/E&M/fitting-out projects. The role requires a QS qualification and strong contract sense, with English, Chinese and Mandarin fluency sought.

The successful candidate will join a team supporting three newly awarded projects, working on high-value construction schemes with competitive compensation and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in QS field in main contractor.
• PQ/SQS candidates considered; professional qualification preferred but not essential.
• Good commercial and contractual acumen.

• HK$ 30,000 to HK$ 60,000 monthly salary ( Above Market Rate) + Competitive Bonus

• Building/ Civil/ E&M / Fitting-out

Our client is a Market LeadingMain Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got 3 new projects awarded and the work will be started. To be successful in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of experience in QS field in main contractor

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as PQS/ SQS

• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential

• Good commercial and contractual acumen

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
