Job summary

Headshot Recruitment Limited is representing a market leading main contractor in Hong Kong for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor role on new building projects. The position is site-based in Kowloon / New Territories with a monthly salary of HK$50,000–HK$65,000 and a bonus; AL starts at 16 days and medical coverage is provided.

Requirements include a Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying (or related) and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in QS within a main contractor

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in QS field in main contractor/ consultant firm
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior QS / Commercial Manager
• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
