Job summary

Yau Lee Holdings Limited seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide general quantity surveying and contract administration for pre- and post-contract works in Hong Kong. You will take off quantities, prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts and evaluate variations and final accounts.

The role requires degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, and experience in contractor or QS consultancy. NEC contract familiarity is a plus. A competitive remuneration package is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in contractor or QS consultant firms.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract works.
• Experience with NEC contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying and contract administration for pre and post contract.
• Take off quantities from drawings, cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents; evaluate variations and payment claims; settle final accounts.
