Job summary

Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, measurement, and final accounts for major civil projects. The role covers subcontracts, variations, and income forecasting, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, at least 3 years of civil experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required; SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related engineering disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Experience in NEC Option C contracts preferred.
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control and contract administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Carry out measurement for the purpose of subletting, material ordering, variation estimates and final accounts;
• Assist in the collection and preparation of information and records for contractual claims and insurance claims;
• Assist in the preparation of completion job cost/income forecast;
• Assist in the preparation and settlement of Final Accounts for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts;
• Assist in the implementation of the requirements of the Manuals in respect of all Quantity Surveying functions.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil engineering projects;
• Experience in NEC Option C contracts is preferred;
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor's accounts;
