Job summary

Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, measurement, and final accounts for major civil projects. The role covers subcontracts, variations, and income forecasting, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, at least 3 years of civil experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required; SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related engineering disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Experience in NEC Option C contracts preferred.
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control and contract administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost and variations estimates, interim payment applications and payment certification for subcontracts, materials and plants.
• Carry out measurement for subletting, material ordering, variation estimates and final accounts.
• Assist in collection and preparation of information for contractual claims and insurance claims.
• Assist in preparation of completion job cost/income forecast.
• Assist in preparation and settlement of Final Accounts for Main Contract and Subcontracts.
• Assist in implementing the requirements of the Manuals in respect of all Quantity Surveying functions.
