Job summary

Candidate should have a Diploma or degree in Science or Industrial Engineering, 3-5 years' experience in quality control, and strong Excel/MS Office skills to analyze data and generate reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Science, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in plastic ware.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Experience with ISO systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection of in-house production lines to ensure product safety and quality.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, components and packaging for quality standards.
• Perform product and process audits to identify improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Organize and prepare for product testing and tool calibration, internally and externally.
• Analyze quality data and generate management reports; maintain records and archives.
• Handle customer complaints and goods returns.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
