Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Science, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
3-5 years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in plastic ware.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools and best practices.
Experience with ISO systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspection of in-house production lines to ensure product safety and quality.
Inspect incoming raw materials, components and packaging for quality standards.
Perform product and process audits to identify improvements in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Organize and prepare for product testing and tool calibration, internally and externally.
Analyze quality data and generate management reports; maintain records and archives.
Handle customer complaints and goods returns.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspection of in-house production lines, responsible for product approval at pre-production stage to ensure product safety and quality. Well keep and manage product samples for future reference
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, packaging materials, etc. to ensure they meet the company's quality standards
Conduct product and process audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing processes
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Follow up on results
Organize and prepare for product testing and tool calibration, both internally and externally
Analyze quality data and produce reports for management regularly. Maintain records, documentation, and archives according to company policies and regulatory requirements
Handle customer complaints and goods return
Handle Ad-hoc task assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Science, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
3 - 5 years of proven experience in quality control. Ideally in plastic ware.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Also, with knowledge of ISO system and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
