Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) seeks a senior quality assurance lead to drive governance, accreditation, and continuous improvement across the Institute. You will coordinate regulatory submissions, oversee investigations, and promote a strong QA culture while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards in programmes, services, and operations.

The role requires a solid QA mindset, project management experience, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in education, administration, compliance, or regulatory bodies with QA/governance exposure.
• Strong QA mindset with governance and control framework knowledge.
• Proven project management capabilities and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, governance, and policy development across the Institute.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and regulatory submissions with authorities.
• Oversee investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyse feedback and translate findings into management recommendations.
• Build QA capability through staff development and training initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and systems to support quality and compliance.
