Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food / health supplement / pharmaceutical shop-floor management or QA/QC.
• Experience in workshop production scheduling or line personnel management is highly preferred.
• Education in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related disciplines is required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily on-site QA inspections across health supplement production and packaging lines to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP / ISO 22000 / GMP).
• Assist in reviewing and managing daily production logs, packaging records, and line clearance documentation for data authenticity and completeness.
• Assist in handling on-site quality anomalies, non-conforming product quarantine, and preliminary investigations for customer complaints.
• Formulate and execute daily packaging schedules based on production plans and order requirements.
• Manage shift rosters, working hours, and task allocations for packaging workers and supervise line progress for timely orders.
• Oversee general site management, plant hygiene (5S), and workplace safety inspections; support external audits and government inspections.
• Monitor daily operation and sanitation of packaging/filling equipment; assist QA in tracking routine maintenance and calibration of basic measuring instruments.
• Manage daily attendance, performance, and line discipline for packaging staff; conduct regular training on hygiene standards, SOPs, and quality awareness.
