Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC with at least 3 years at Engineer level in packaging.
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO 9001 for cosmetics/regulatory standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on product quality aspects.
• Occasionally travel to factories for audits and supplier evaluations.
• Conduct final inspections and follow up on customer complaints.
• Review and update group general specifications and test methods.
• Supervise the QC team from sampling to final inspection.
• Manage QA documentation (test reports, certificates of analysis, compliance docs).
• Collaborate with development and sourcing teams to address products failing testing.
• Provide guidance on quality standards and inspection procedures.
