Job summary

Gfi World in Hong Kong is seeking a QA Officer / Assistant Officer to support food quality system management. The role involves on-line and finished product inspections, implementing ISO/HACCP policies, and maintaining documentation and quality procedures.

The candidate should have a Higher Diploma in Food Science, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and good English/Chinese communication. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines.
• 1 year or above relevant experience in food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in food safety standard (i.e. HACCP / ISO / BRC)
• Knowledge of regulatory and labelling requirements of local and export markets
• Possesses good influencing skill and strong desire to achieve the best
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
