Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a QA/Lab Compliance specialist in Hong Kong to support ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, CAPA execution, and calibration of quality systems. You will review QC data, investigate abnormal results, and coordinate audits with internal teams and external bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and quality control.
• Familiarity with quality systems and laboratory practices, ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis using quality tools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA actions.
• Review QC data and proficiency testing results.
• Coordinate investigations of abnormal analytical results.
• Support internal and external audits and accreditation activities.
