Job summary

CIT Cosmeceutical Pte Ltd in Singapore (Ang Mo Kio area) seeks a QC professional to perform microbiology tests on environment, raw materials and finished products, and to oversee quality control from incoming materials to final product release.

The role requires maintaining lab inventories, SOPs, SAP records and supporting GMP/ISO audits. Training will be provided; hands-on troubleshooting for product improvements is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma certificate with Chemistry background
• At least 2-3 years' experience in QC
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 preferred
• Independent thinker who acts with integrity
• Willing to learn new things and hands-on
• Computer literate
• External and internal training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiology tests including environmental control, raw material and finished product tests
• Control from incoming raw material to final product
• Maintain and clean lab, retention room and pre-weight room inventory
• Operate DI water system
• Monitor pre-weight process and checks
• Manage retention samples, SDS and COA creation/modification
• Assist with customer complaints via troubleshooting/testing for product improvement
• Support GMP and ISO audits (internal/External)
• Update GMP/ISO documentation and maintain records
• Create, update and maintain SAP system
• Follow HSA guidelines and quality manuals
• Track permits and licenses through HSA
• Provide feedback and suggestions during staff meetings
• Monitor pest control contracts and monthly inspections
• Handle other projects assigned by management

Job Description:

• Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product test
• Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control
• Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness
• Maintain and operate DI water system
• Pre-weight process monitoring and checking
• Responsible for in charge of retention sample, SDS and COA creation and modification
• If receive any customer complain regarding the product, QC will need to assist on trouble shooting or testing for product improvement
• Support internal audit and external audit for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001
• GMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
• Create, update and maintain SAP system
• Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, environmental practice guidelines, quality manual, health and safety policy
• Follow up and manage new records of products permits and licenses thru HSA
• Highlight, feedback, suggest during and/or after monthly staff meeting
• Monitor and manage pest control contract and location of baits, ensure monthly inspections are done
• Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director

Job Requirements:
