Job summary

Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QC Inspector / Quality Control Technician to join their manufacturing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, as well as supporting laboratory testing and documentation.

The role involves maintaining QC records, handling retention samples and documentation, and assisting with audits and compliance with GMP/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science or related fields.
• Candidates with QC, laboratory, manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in microbiological testing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP / ISO is an advantage.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products and finished products.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Monitor pre-weighing and production activities according to procedures.
• Maintain laboratory, retention sample and pre-weighing areas.
• Ensure laboratory equipment, inventory and work areas are properly maintained.
• Handle and maintain retention samples, COA and SDS documentation.
• Assist with investigating customer complaints through product testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain QC records and information in SAP.
• Prepare and maintain quality and manufacturing documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist with compliance requirements relating to GMP and ISO standards.
• Assist with product permits and licences with relevant authorities.
• Monitor pest control and hygiene activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
