Job summary

Nin Jiom Medicine Manufactory (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our GMP-compliant laboratory in Hong Kong. You will perform sampling, equipment calibration, and daily QC of starting materials and finished products, contributing to product quality and regulatory compliance.

You will assist the Department Head with GMP documentation, support method development and validation activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Chinese medicines, pharmaceutical, food science, chemistry or biology related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates would be considered.
• Immediately available is preferable.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for performing quality control operations in compliance with the company requirements and GMP guideline.

• Responsible for performing sampling, calibration of equipments, daily quality control of the starting materials, finished products and other laboratory analysis.
• Assist the Department Head in dealing with GMP documentation & implementation work.
• Assist in testing method development and validation activities.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Chinese medicines field / Pharmaceutical / Food Science / Chemistry / Biology or other related disciplines.
• Preferably with working experiences in analytical instruments, knowledge of GMP, HACCP or ISO quality systems.
• Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to work overtime.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Fresh graduates would also be considered.
• Immediately available is preferable.
