Job summary

Singapore Pharmatech Pte. Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a QA & Production Executive to support both QA/QC and production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely and in compliance with GMP standards.

You will work with Production, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality and efficient processes. The role involves QA documentation, inspections, deviation handling and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline.
• 1-2 years QA, QC or Production experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in pharma, food, health supplement or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO or other quality management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in QA/QC activities and ensure QMS compliance.
• Support Manufacturing to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Conduct inspections and review records of production and quality.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
