Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a dedicated QA Tester in Hong Kong to create and execute test cases for mobile apps and WeChat platforms. You will balance API and UI testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role requires strong Cantonese and English communication, a solid QA foundation, and hands-on experience with Web, iOS, Android, and WeChat testing.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant testing experience with mobile apps and WeChat platforms.
• Experience testing Web, iOS, Android, and WeChat applications.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and test-case development.
• Excellent Cantonese and English written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

Required

• Around 3 years of relevant testing experience with mobile applications, WeChat Public Accounts, Mini Programs, or related platforms
• Experience testing Web, iOS, Android, and WeChat applications
• Understanding of software quality and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of test case development
• Excellent Cantonese and English written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with API testing
