Job summary
Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Operations Support Analyst in Hong Kong to support UAT for enterprise systems, execute quality checks, and automate reporting with Excel and AI tools. You will work with SMEs, systems engineers, and project teams to ensure data quality, documentation accuracy, and efficient workflow tracking.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in QA/BA/ops support, a Bachelor degree, advanced Excel skills, and strong English;
Qualifications
- 1+ year QA/BA/ops support experience.
- Bachelor degree in IT/IS or related field.
- Advanced Excel formulas and automation tools.
- Familiar with UAT lifecycle and defect logging.
- Attention to detail and data pattern analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SMEs to run UAT for new systems in secure environments.
- Perform functional testing on data outputs and log defects.
- Update user guides, docs and test scripts based on results.
- Design Excel-based tools and AI utilities to automate workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose technical improvements.
- Build dynamic operational reports using Excel functions.
- Execute routine data entry, indexing and admin tasks.
- Prepare and validate CSV files for system uploads.
- Monitor shared mailboxes, categorize inquiries and route issues.
