Resonac Electronic Materials (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Purchaser / Senior Purchasing officer to handle renovation and building materials, including quotation preparation, sourcing, and placing orders for property maintenance and project development.

You will manage vendors, negotiate prices, analyze costs, and maintain inventory lists for all tools and materials. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• 3–5 years purchasing experience in renovation/fit-out materials.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotations, source materials and place orders for property maintenance and project development.
• Prepare and update inventory lists for all tools and materials.

Prepare and update Inventory List for all tools and materials for all property’s materials.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• At least 3 -5 years of experience in purchasing in Renovation materials or Fit-out materials, Interior decoration materials in property
• Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and team player
