Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Purchasing Officer for renovation and fit-out materials. The role focuses on preparing quotations, sourcing materials, and placing orders for property maintenance and project development.

You will leverage strong negotiation and vendor management skills to ensure cost-effective procurement. Inventory control for tools and materials is also required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• 3-5 years of purchasing experience in renovation or fit-out materials
• Experience in interior decoration materials for properties

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation and source materials for property maintenance and project development.
• Place orders and manage procurement for renovation and fit-out materials.
• Prepare and update inventory lists for all tools and materials.

Requirement:

Diploma or above

At least 3 -5 years of experience in purchasing in Renovation materials or Fit-out materials, Interior decoration materials in property

Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Good communication skills and team player
