Shangri-La Group is seeking a Public Area Attendant in Hong Kong to maintain the cleanliness of public areas and washrooms in our hotel properties. The role requires ensuring standards are met, managing supplies, and supporting management with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in sizeable hotels.
• Customer-oriented and quality-driven team player.
• Willing to work on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of public areas and washrooms in accordance with established standard.
• Maintain par stock on all supplies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Follow hotel guidelines for public areas and restrooms cleanliness.
• Replace and replenish restroom supplies.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.
