Job summary

HK Express is seeking an experienced professional to manage and support passenger service and airline distribution platforms, with a primary focus on Navitaire New Skies. This role ensures platform stability, service continuity and operational readiness.

You will help define the PSS roadmap, coordinate across channels including GDS/OTA/interline, and provide first-level support for incidents, access, and configuration management in collaboration with technology teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including airline reservation systems or related platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven project management experience with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative team player across business, operation and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HK Express passenger service and airline distribution platforms, focusing on Navitaire New Skies and related applications.
• Assist in defining and executing the Passenger Services System (PSS) roadmap, considering ops, commercial goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide first-level functional and technical support for incidents, user access, configuration, booking and payments.
• Coordinate integrations across direct channels, GDS, OTA, interline and codeshare partners.
• Support the full lifecycle of platform initiatives from discovery to go-live and post-launch optimization.
