Job summary

HK Express is seeking an experienced professional to manage and support passenger service and airline distribution platforms, with a primary focus on Navitaire New Skies. You will help define the PSS roadmap, coordinate incidents, and ensure stable operations across direct channels, GDS, OTA, and codeshare partners.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in airline reservation systems, passenger service systems (PSS), airline distribution, ERP/SAP platforms, or other business-critical technology systems within the airline, travel, transportation, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven project management experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across business, operational, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HK Express passenger service and airline distribution platforms, with primary focus on Navitaire New Skies and related applications, to ensure platform stability, service continuity and operational readiness.
• Assist in defining and executing the Passenger Services System (PSS) roadmap, with consideration of airline operations, commercial objectives, customer needs, platform capabilities, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements.
• Provide first-level functional and technical support for platform incidents, user access, role and configuration management, booking and payment issues, and coordinate investigation and resolution with internal technology teams, vendors and business partners.
• Coordinate integrations and enhancements across direct and indirect channels, including direct channel, Global Distribution System (GDS), Online Travel Agent (OTA), interline and codeshare partners, ensuring alignment of end-to-end booking, servicing and fulfilment flows.
• Support the delivery of platform initiatives through the full lifecycle, including discovery, requirement definition, solution review, configuration, test planning, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live support and post-launch optimization.
