Savills Property Management Limited is seeking a capable property management professional to join our Hong Kong team. You will support quality management services for commercial properties, maintain strong tenant relationships, and oversee contractor performance to ensure clean and well-managed daily operations.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Property Management, at least two years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).

Qualifications

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in providing quality property management services in a commercial property.
• Manage good relationship with tenants; communicate and handle enquires & requests.
• Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality cleaning services.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management.
• To carry out other duties as directed by the Manager.
• To carry out all duties as specified in Operation Procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
