Job summary

E. Lite Property Management Limited is a prominent property management company in Hong Kong, seeking a capable candidate to join our team. The role focuses on daily operations, maintenance coordination, tenant liaison and landlord representation at meetings.

A valid SPP security permit and strong bilingual communication are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in Real Estate/Property Management, at least 2 years of related experience, and be able to work independently

Qualifications

Dimploma / Higher diploma or above in Real Estate/Property Management or related disciplines.
Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Handle daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties, including complaint handling, security services, repairing & maintenance, cleaning and facilities management etc.
Support daily administration such as correspondence preparation, attendance record for all operations staff (work at site), manage the routine operation duty, coordinate with building nominated maintenance contractors.
Build up and maintain good relationship with tenants.
Represent the Landlord to manage the designated properties such as attend the Owner Committee regular meeting and AGM.
Assist to identify and develop new measures for service upgrading.
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
