Job summary

E. Lite Property Management Limited is hiring for a property management role in Hong Kong. You will handle daily operations of designated properties, coordinate with maintenance contractors, and build strong tenant relationships on site to support landlord objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Real Estate or Property Management, with at least 2 years in the field, and can communicate fluently in English and Chinese. Knowledge of SPP and local regulations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher diploma or above in Real Estate/Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in property management or related industries
• Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit (“SPP”) (with PMP Tier 2 license are preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations such as BMO 344
• Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word / Excel and powerpoint etc.)
• Positive thinking, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties, including complaint handling, security services, repairing & maintenance, cleaning and facilities management etc.
• Support daily administration such as correspondence preparation, attendance record for all operations staff (work at site), manage the routine operation duty, coordinate with building nominated maintenance contractors etc.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with tenants
• Represent the Landlord to manage the designated properties such as attend the Owner Committee regular meeting and AGM
• Assist to identify and develop new measures for service upgrading
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
