Job summary

Langham-Hote invites a proactive Property Management Officer in Hong Kong to join our team. You will assist the Property Manager in cleaning, security, maintenance, and tenant services, ensuring high-quality standards.

You will lead and supervise operation staff, support tenancy service in fit-out and reinstatement matters, coordinate with Technical Team on repairs, and handle complaints and reports. This role contributes to the smooth operation of our properties and requires attention to

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Assist Property Manager in cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service with high quality.
Lead and supervise the operation staff to provide quality services to tenants.
Assist Tenancy Service Team in monitoring fit-out and reinstatement works of tenants.
Coordinate with Technical Team on repairing and maintenance requirements.
Handle complaint and accident cases, and prepare documents and reports.
