Job summary

Appc Capital Singapore Private Limited seeks a Prop Trader for a Global Betting & Prediction Markets desk. Build-from-scratch, you’ll trade probability-based markets using real capital and generate your own PnL.

You will bet and trade on centralized platforms like bet365 and on decentralized markets such as Polymarket and Kalshi, pricing odds, managing risk, and seeking arbitrage opportunities worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in betting, sportsbook trading, or prediction markets.
• Proven track record of making money betting or trading.
• Familiar with both centralized platforms (e.g. bet365) and decentralized markets (e.g. Polymarket, Kalshi).
• Strong on odds / probability pricing.
• Knowledge of betting regulation across major jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Bet and trade global prediction markets (politics, macro, geopolitics, sports)
• Generate PnL through your own strategies
• Find arb across venues, including from betting-engine pricing and speed differences across countries
• Price binary / multi-outcome contracts
• Manage risk, exposure, and capital
