Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Promotions Coordinator to support planning and execution of campaigns, promotional activities and festive events. You will work closely with tenants, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant promotions.

The role requires a degree in Marketing or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in promotions or event coordination, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in promotions, event coordination, administration or related fields.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and festive events.
• Handle vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, procurement and related administrative processes.
• Prepare agreements, payment documents and other promotional administration work.
• Coordinate closely with tenants, vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth implementation of promotion events.
• Liaise with Property Management and other stakeholders on event arrangements and operational matters.

Education

Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related disciplines
