Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking an Assistant Officer, Sales & Marketing to support project marketing, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and assist in campaigns and events. The successful candidate will bring a marketing background, at least 2 years' relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office, plus bilingual English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably from property developer.
• Solid experience in HK residential property marketing is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, good organization skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and execution of marketing materials for sales launches and promotional events.
• Ensure all marketing materials and sales tools are in comply with internal audit guidelines, the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and related regulations, etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote properties.
• Carry out occasional on-site work for sales launch activities when necessary.
• Support other ad hoc duties as needed, including marketing research, new marketing initiatives, etc.
