Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in shopping mall promotions.
• Experience in PR and event agencies, as well as tourist promotion, is an advantage.
• Good business network and strong partnership management skills.
• Creative, with a strong sense of market trends and a sales-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Able to work during weekend promotion events as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing mall marketing and promotion strategies.
• Support seasonal campaigns, events, and tourist promotions and other promotional activities to drive foot traffic and tenants' sales.
• Assist in planning and implementing CRM programs, including member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online promotions.
• Work with tenants on joint promotions and sales-driven marketing activities.
• Support mall branding and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales results, and market trends, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and budget tracking.
