Job summary

Gammon Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hong Kong.

You will prepare and monitor project budgets, measure and value sub-contracts, and assist in agreement of interim and final accounts while reviewing documentation for variations and liabilities. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction, MRICS or MHKIS preferred, and a minimum of six years of relevant contractor experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction; MRICS or MHKIS preferred.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience with contractors.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen; good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction preferably with MRICS or MHKIS professional qualification;

At least 6 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;

Good commercial and contractual acumen;

Good communication and problem-solving skills;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential;

Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
