Job summary

Shanghai Foreign Service Group (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage end-to-end cost control for A&A and fit-out projects in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include cost estimation, budget preparation, cost planning, and interim measurement.

You will read Chinese and English drawings, perform quantity take-offs, prepare final accounts, and support tender documentation and price analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Civil, Construction Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years Hong Kong construction / fit-out quantity surveying experience
• Familiar with SMM, NEC, FIDIC contracts and local subcontract market
• HKIS / RICS / RPS membership is an advantage
• Fluent in English, proficient in Cantonese, conversational Mandarin
• Proficient in CAD and advanced MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end cost management: cost estimation, budget preparation, cost planning and budget-restrained design review
• Perform interim measurement, progress payment assessment, variation valuation, register maintenance, claim documentation & submission
• Conduct final account preparation, cost post-review, tender document support and tender price analysis
• Read Chinese & English drawings, complete quantity take-off, cost & claim assessment
