Job summary

Rainbow Foundation in Hong Kong is seeking a highly enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated fundraising specialist to join our team in Wanchai. You will plan and coordinate all aspects of funding proposals and fundraising events, while building enduring partnerships with NGOs, corporations and government bodies.

The role requires a degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration, 11–15 years in marketing or partnerships with NGO fundraising experience, and proficiency in English and

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 11–15 years’ experience in marketing, project management and/or partnership development with NGO fundraising experience preferred.
• 6–8 years’ experience in supervision with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client servicing, communication and partnership development skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with charitable organizations, corporations and government bodies
• Prepare presentation, proposals and regular summary reports

Qualification
