• 具备教师注册资格。
• 项目官员岗位优先考虑具备幼儿园校长资格者。
• 具备主动性、积极性、敬业精神，能提出并采纳改进意见。
• 具备良好团队合作、沟通、协调能力。
• 中英文书写及口语能力良好。

Responsibilities

• 根据学校需求设计项目及服务策略。
• 评估现有服务并制定改进计划以提升质量。
• 巩固前线实践经验并促成知识在团队内外的传承。
• 维护与学校及合作伙伴的良好关系，促进服务对象福祉。
• 采用多样化工作方法吸引并维持目标群体。
• 整合资源及伙伴关系以支持学生发展。
• 负责相关财务及行政事务。
• 撰写项目提案与预算，编制记录、评估、财务及统计报表。
• 在预算内控制项目支出并按会计程序处理收据。
• 如有需要，执行临时性职责。
• 候选人经验不足者可考虑担任助理项目事务主任。

Job Description

• Design programs and service strategies based on school needs as assessed
• Evaluate existing services and making appropriate improvement plan to maintain or advance the service quality
• Consolidate wisdom in frontline practice and to facilitate the knowledge transfer within or beyond the team
• Maintain a good working relationship with our serving schools and partners in line with the professional values and to facilitate the well-being of our serving targets
• Utilize different work approaches to attract and maintain the target community
• Line up resources and partnership to support the students’ development
• Handle the finance and administration related issue as assigned
• Prepare program proposal and budget and compile record, evaluation, financial and statistical reports
• Control program expenses within budget and handle receipts in accordance with accounts procedure
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Officer
• Location: Tin Shui Wai
• Contract end date : 31 July 2027

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or above in Early Childhood Education
• Registered teacher qualification
• At least 7 years related working experience (for Project Officer) or At least 3-4 YEARS related working experience (for Assistant Project Officer)
• Qualification in Kindergarten Principalship is an advantage (for Project Officer)
• Initiative, proactive, committed, energetic and able to source and adapt new ideas to improve quality of work
• A good team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
