Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. seeks an AI Solutions Manager to oversee contractor and in-house teams for Gen AI implementations and centralized analytics platforms. You will supervise design, testing, maintenance and administration of on‑prem Gen AI solutions and related data platforms, coordinating resources and driving adoption across stakeholders.

Strong PM and AI/data analytics knowledge are essential. Requirements include a Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, 8+ years in IT, 4+ years

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subject.
• At least 8 years in IT industry.
• At least 4 years of experience on project management.
• Solid knowledge of managing system implementations and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge in Gen AI and data analytics technologies.
• Experience managing government systems or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in managing contractors and in-house teams for Gen AI projects.
• Lead design, implementation, testing, maintenance and administration of on-prem Gen AI solutions.
• Coordinate resources, funding and cloud resources for smooth operations.
• Promote adoption and provide technical and user support for AI platforms.

Job description

AI Solutions Manager (5 days work, over $70K)

To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) and in-house team member(s) for implementing, enhancing and maintaining Gen AI applications as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms.

To manage and coordinate team members for the design, implementation, testing, maintenance and administration of on-premises solution of Gen AI applications as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms.

To promote, arrange adoption and provide technical and user support of Gen AI as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms

To manage resources (e.g. funding, cloud resources, etc.), changes and incidents for the smooth operation of Gen AI and centralised AI and data analytics related platforms.

To conduct technical and literature researches and analyses of the development of Gen AI as well as AI and data analytics related subjects.

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 8 years' experience in IT industry
• At least 4 years of experience on project management
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing system implementation and operating centralised platforms in cloud platform
• Possess good knowledge in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/speech analytics
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing and supporting government systems or platforms
