Job summary

TAG ATELIER in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, safety and compliance on site.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, prepare drawings and documents, and manage tendering, cost control and site management. Fluent English and Chinese are required; LEED/ISO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Higher Diploma in Building Service or Project Management.
• 3 years' experience in interior fit-out (workplace/commercial).
• Strong technical capability, tendering, cost control and site management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing programme, cost, and site execution.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all site activities.
• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for site handover.
• Resolve technical and site issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Handle customer complaints with timely and effective resolutions.
• Prepare drawings, documents, and statutory submissions.
• Oversee project documentation, facilitate meetings and reports to management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing programme, cost, and site execution
• Ensure exceptional quality, safety, and compliance across all site activities
• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for site handover
• Resolve technical and site issues with efficiency and professionalism
• Good customer oriented to handle complaints with timely and efficient resolutions implementation
• Prepare required drawings, corresponding document, and statutory submission
• Oversea project documentation, facilitating project meetings and reports to the management

Requirements:

• Degree I Higher Diploma in Building Service/ Project Management
• Solid 3 years' experience in interior fit-out (workplace/commercial)
• Strong technical capability, tendering, cost control and site management
• Familiar with DMC, BMO, tenancy coordination
• Proficiency in MS Project and AUTOCAD
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin an advantage)
• LEED / ISO knowledge is a plus
