Job summary

Transaction Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated Project Officer/PM for Hong Kong to oversee the project lifecycle, coordinate resources and train users. You will prepare status updates and discussion papers for stakeholders, and ensure requirements are understood by customers and the technical team.

Occasional on-site support may be required. Candidates with 3+ years in project management, preferably in banking/fintech, are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Computing or Information Technology related disciplines.
• Preferably 3 years or above project management experience in banking or financial technology industry; for less experience consider Project Officer.
• Target oriented, self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn industry knowledge and deliver results.
• Able to prioritize issues, collaborate with technical teams and manage client expectations.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Fresh graduate is also considered.

Working hours : from 9:30 to 18:30 with 1.5 lunch hours ( Mon - Fri )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring all the stages of project life cycle, coordinating resources, user training and monitoring project execution to ensure successful project milestones are met.

Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.

Communicate the user requirements with the customers and evaluate with the technical team together.

Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

On-site project support will be required if any.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Business, Computing or Information Technology related disciplines;

Preferably 3 years or above project management experience, inbanking or financial technology industryhas preferable advantage; For less experience will be appointed as Project Officer.

Target oriented, Self-motivate, reliable and can work independently in a fast-paced environment;

Positive working attitude, passionate to learn industry knowledges and result-oriented;

Able to prioritize reported issue/queries, to collaborate with technical teams for resolution, and to manage the client’s expectation in terms of timeline and requirements.

Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Fresh graduate is also considered.
