Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Administrator to support financial operations, monitor receivables, and manage invoicing across projects. You will work with project managers to track costs, budgets, and profitability, ensuring timely reporting of financials.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, project finance, or financial administration.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Understanding of project financial management, including budgets, committed costs, and profitability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with confidence in following up on receivables.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR and follow up on ageing receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Track and report project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Monitor project profitability and highlight variances or risks.
• Support monthly closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist managers in budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare regular finance reports on revenue, receivables, margins, and budget utilisation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors on invoicing and payments.
• Support ad-hoc finance, budgeting, and admin activities.
