Job summary

Gfi World is seeking a diligent Site Project Coordinator to support telecom infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. You will liaise with vendors and contractors to provide materials, construction sequences, drawings, and interfaces to ensure smooth project operation.

You will monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders on status, and attend site meetings. The role requires a High Diploma or above in Building Services or related disciplines, at least 1 year of telecom experience, hands-on

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Building Services or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and bilingual communication (English/Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide materials, construction sequences, drawings, methods and interfaces for smooth project operation.
• Monitor and review project progress; communicate with stakeholders on project status regularly.
• Control and supervise site activities and liaise with client representatives and vendors/contractors.
• Work closely with Project Manager on daily project administration.
• Attend site meetings and prepare regular reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and vendors/contractors
• Work closely with Project Manager on daily projects administration
• Attend site meeting and responsible for regular reports
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
  

The Person:

• High Diploma or above in Building Services or related disciplines
• At least 1-year experience in Telecommunications industry
• Hands on experiences in project management, coordination and statutory submissions of Engineering or Telecom infrastructure projects is preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
