Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. You will build detailed roadmaps, manage budgets, and coordinate with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to deliver logistics and ecommerce capabilities.

The role requires 8+ years in program management within a retail environment, strong communication in English and Chinese, and experience with WMS/TMS systems, RFI/RFP processes, and vendor

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or management consulting within a retail setting.
• Proven track record with supply chain programs, distribution centre operations, or 3PL collaborations.
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain tech (WMS/TMS) and ecommerce engines (ESW, Rithum, Lazada).
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes, vendor scorecards, and complex budgets.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, budgets, resourcing, risks, and workplans with internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional solutions for business requirements, design, and delivery.
• Conduct business analysis and process mapping to aid senior leadership decisions.
• Partner with Technology to deliver business capabilities, WMS/TMS integrations, and ecommerce platforms.
• Oversee 3PL partners based on scope and service requirements.
• Develop executive presentations, manage business reviews, and align with Global Fulfilment peers.

Skills & experiences required

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, program management, or management consulting, preferably within a vertically integrated, global retail environment.
• Proven track record with supply chain programs, distribution centre operations, or direct engagement with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners.
• B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain tech (e.g., WMS, TMS, multicarrier platforms) and e-commerce/marketplace engines (e.g., ESW, Rithum, Lazada).
• Demonstrated experience managing RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation scorecards, and complex project budgets.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
• Action-oriented, self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship-building capabilities.
